Issue New E-Health Certificate
Submit a request to obtain an E-Health Certificate for a newly established business or commercial activity that requires health approval.
Renewal Of E-Health Certificate
Apply to renew an existing E-health certificate to maintain regulatory compliance and ensure uninterrupted operations.
Replacement Of Lost E-Health Certificate
Request the issuance of a duplicate E-Health Certificate in the event of loss, damage, or misplacement of the original.
Change Of Commercial Name
Update the registered commercial name reflected on the existing E-Health certificate following an approved name change.
Change Of Ownership
Apply to modify the ownership information on an existing E-Health certificate in cases of business transfer or ownership change.
