Indications: adjunctive therapy to lubricate and protect the eye in exposure keratitis, decreased corneal sensitivity, recurrent corneal erosions, keratitis sicca, ophthalmic and non-ophthalmic surgeries. Cautions: It may cause temporary visual disturbance and are best suited for application before sleep. Ointments should not be used during contact lens wear. Contra-indications: hypersensitivity reactions Dose: Administration: pull lower lid to form a pocket, apply small amount of ointment in pocket as needed. |
